What is the typical lead time for shipping?
Most of our lighting fixtures are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes between 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and the specific artisan nature of the product.
Do you offer a warranty on your lighting fixtures?
Yes, all Seus Lighting products come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and electrical components to ensure your home stays bright.
What is your return policy if a light doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging for a refund or exchange, provided it hasn't been installed.
Are your lights compatible with dimmer switches?
The majority of our chandeliers and pendants are dimmable, provided you use compatible dimmable LED bulbs and a standard ELV or Triac dimmer switch. Please check the specific product specifications for details.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack our glass and crystal elements with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item, and we will send replacements immediately.
Do you provide professional installation services?
We do not provide direct installation services. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to install your fixtures to ensure safety and compliance with local building codes.
