At Seus Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
